The People’s Committee of Hai phong city has issued decision on the city’s land prices in 2012, indicating that the highest price of VND40 million/m2, the local news provider Gafin reported.
For the urban area, the highest rate is set for land in Hong Bang, Le Chan and Ngo Quyen distsricts ( VND40 million/m2) while the lowest price is in Tien Lang district (VND135,000/m2).
At Hai An district, the highest price will be VND20 million/m2 in the year, which is set for Van Cao street, the lowest price is VND525,000/m2 in Cat Linh and Cat Vu Streets.
In Kien An Dist, the highest price is VND10 million/m2 in Truong Chinh Street, the lowest price is VND500,000/m2 in Bac Ha Street.
In Do Son Dist, the prices are VND7 million/m2 at most and VND225,000/m2 at least in Pham Van Dong street and Trung Nghia main road, respectively.
Rural land prices are VND9 million/m2 at most in Thuy Nguyen District, and VND115,000/m2 at least.
The highest and lowest prices for non-agricultural land are VND396,000/m2 and VND88,000/m2, respectively.
The highest agricultural land price is VND60,000/m2 and the lowest price is VND24,000/m2.
