Foreign Trade Development And Investment Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City (FDC)’s Board of Directors decided to select the following members in the Permanent Committee of the Board of Directors as follows:

Nguyen Khanh Linh, born in 1975

Tran Bao Toan, born in 1971

Tran Thanh Hai, born in 1970

 

Besides, the Board also expected to hold 2012 annual general meeting (AGM) in early March this year.

 

The Board also approved to extend the contract to Deputy CEO Mai Ngoc yen to June 30, 2012.
