Hanoi Transformer Manufacturing and Electric Material JSC. (BTH) targets a pretax profit of VND3.5 billion on revenue of VND60 billion and a dividend payout at VND600/share in 2012, the firm said in its resolution of Board of Directors.
The company will hold 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on March 18 and the shareholder list will be closed on March 5.
