PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation (PVF)’S the Board of Directors decided to hold its 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 14 at 9th floor, 22 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, according to the Board’s resolution on Feb 21.
The AGM’s contents include report of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, 2011 business results, 2012 plans, convertible bond issuance plan, charter amendment, etc.
